Answers:
You have operculitis!. The operculum is the gum tissue that covers the top of a tooth!. As the tooth begins to come in, this tissue gets pushed up and the tooth above bites into it!. This causes inflammation and probably there is a little infection going on there too!. The mouth opening problem is called trismus or "muscle splinting" the muscles are inflamed also and so do not want to be stretched!. The glandular swelling is due to the infection and is a normal result of an infection affecting the lymph nodes under your jaw!. The soreness of swallowing is due also to swollen lymph nodes!.
Take 600 mg ibuprofen every 6 hours and that will relieve much of the pain!. As the tooth erupts more, the tissue dies back and the tooth gets into its normal position!.
This same process happened every time one of your molars came it!.!.!.it is called teething!. It is why children are unhappy when their teeth come in!.
Enjoy your taste of youth, it is one of the last ones you will get!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds as if you could be getting a tooth abscess which if left untreated can cause significant face swelling!. And by that I mean you wouldn't want to be seen in public kinda thing!. It can be treated with antibiotics!. Make an appointment with your dentist ASAP!Www@Answer-Health@Com
