Answers:
Have you been faithfully wearing your retainer!? If not, your teeth will easily go back to where they were because the bone is still easily manipulated!. As for the color of your teeth, many factors can contribute to discoloration!. One is called de-calcification!. That's a very common effect of braces, but that's when there are white spots!. The yellow gray is usually common with tetracycline stains!. If you took that antibiotic as a child, you may have those stains!. You can also get staining if your hygiene wasn't near perfect when you were in braces!. It is very easy for plaque to build up around the braces and cause staining!. As for the bleeding it's probably not due to lack of brushing but rather lack of flossing!. Many people don't floss because they say that flossing makes them bleed!. And while that may be true, the best way to make them stop is to start flossing regularly, even if they bleed a lot!. That means you have gingivitis!. Don't worry, most people do!. You must get your cleanings every six months to get rid of the calculus that has built up around the gums, causing further irritation!. And defiantly floss as much as you can!. That will help you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your orthodontist should've given you a retainer to wear so your teeth shouldn't relapse!. Also he probably took pictures of your teeth before your braces were put on so you can see what your teeth looked like before your braces!. Also if you weren't a good brusher and had a lot of plaque(bacteria) on your teeth that would cause discoloration and gum recession!. Bleeding gums is a sure sign of gingivitis caused by lack of proper tooth care!. You should go to a dentist asap for cleaning and exam!. Also contact your orthodontist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
