Well, you can see the circumvallate papillae, those are the larger bumps on the back of your tongue (they're normal, just "taste buds") Your tongue has a slight white coating which could be from not brushing your tongue, antibiotics, or dry mouth!. Your palate does however, have petechia which could be caused from a sore throat often associated with mono or it could be from an injury to your palate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Nothing looks wrong with your tongue!. Some people have coated tongues which is just a white bacterial coating!. Those tastebuds at the back of your tongue that are really big are called circumvallate papilla - they are also normal!.
Brush your tongue with your toothbrush or even get a tongue scraper to help manage the coating!.

The picture is blurry, but from what I can see, it could be thrush!. It also looks like it's the roof of your mouth!. Am I right!? All I can say is, you better have it looked at!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
