Three white spots at back of mouth?!

Question: Three white spots at back of mouth!?

I was looking inside my mouth today and I noticed two white spots on the left side of my mouth and one spot on the other quite near the tonsils and throat, I've been to the doctors before about cheekbiting, and they say these things happen, I only just noticed these spots about an hour ago, does anyone know what it could be!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
