OMG!! i had to wear my for like 7 or 8 months that turning the key was a nightmare!.Now I wear something similar to that at the top and bottom no turning key!. It depend on how bad your teeth is and you doing the treatment as plan!. GOOD LUCK follow the dentist instruction the faster you will get this over with!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
