salt removes bacteria!. so all the plaque!. which makes your teeth yellow, but it wont clean them!. you need toothpaste to do that!.

Baking Soda works better!.!.!.!.You can also "swish" with peroxide twice a day!.!.!. Just don't swallow!.!. As always getting a yearly cleaning by your dentist is a good idea!.!.
