Question: Help, just got braces and they don't work right!.!?
I just got braces today, and I am having problems!. I cannot bite down at all, and I cannot even get my molars to touch!. The brackets on the second to last molars on the right side of my mouth are touching each other, and I feel pain when I try to bite!. I have read other answered questions and understand that biting down can damage the bands/brackets, but unlike the other cases I cannot even touch molars!. Please help me out here!Www@Answer-Health@Com

The pain is just a normal thing that comes with braces, but I would call the orthidontist about the brackets because you should be able to reach your molars, pain or no pain!. They can probably move a wire around so that you can bite down!. Hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com
