I got my braces fitted on the 2nd of June and they kill i cry everynight becase of the pain!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try taking an ibuprofen for the pain!. I presume that the orthodontist who fitted you with braces explained that they hurt and why it might hurt!?
The severity of the pain varies from person to person, depending on how much the teeth are moving!. Eat soft foods such as yoghurt, ice-cream and soup until the pain goes away!. How long the pain lasts also varies and depends on how long it takes for pressure from the wires and bands to lessen!.
For me, it usually only lasts 2-4 days after I get them tightened and I can assure you, it wont hurt as bad all the time!. It's usually worse when you first get them fitted as thats when the teeth seem to do the most moving!.!.!.so while you might still have pain in the future while you have braces, it probably wont be as severe!.

No not all of the time!. The pain usually fades after about 3-4 days!. Ask your dentist what you can take for it!. Your teeth will also hurt after they are tightened and if you have to wear any elastics!. Again, it will ease up after a couple days or soreness!. You can always ice your gums to numb the pain, or use what babies use when they are teething!.!.!.anbesol!. Good luck, you'll be so happy when your teeth are straight!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
No!. The ache will last for about a day!. What happens is the braces are moving the teeth - as they are supposed to do!. As the teeth move, the pressure from the bands and wires lessens, and the ache goes away!. Each time the bands are tightened, though, it will ache for about a day!. Take a couple of Tylenol and you'll make it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
it hurts like hell to get them on at first and a bit every time you get them tightened but look at it this way- it means its doing its job! and you get used to it the more they get tightened!.!. take pain killers and eat soft things cut up well!.!.

i have braces and it will all start to feel better after a week or so to get use to the pain!. so what im saying is!.!.!.!.you wont feel the pain at all in about a week or little longerWww@Answer-Health@Com
Braces will never always hurt!. After about 5 days the pain will be mostly gone and you may not even know they are there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
