Answers:
Probably what we call Geographic tongue!. It can be genetic, can come and go and may cause your tongue to be sensitive to spicy food!. It can move around to different spots on the tongue also!. The medical field is not sure what causes it!.
I tend to think it may be related to too much acid (eating high acid foods or drinks) or stress (which produces acid)!.
A good balanced diet will help!. Maybe eat some yogurt, cottage cheese or drink buttermilk to establish a healthy flora of bacteria in the mouth!. Milk with lactobacillus added will work too!.

Sounds like you have whats called geographic tongue!. This is normal!. Spicey foods can tend to irritate it as well as acidic foods!. They migrate on your tongue but again this is normal!. You cant get rid of them, just make sure you brush your tongue when you brush your teeth, but you should be brushing your tongue anyway!. Regular checkups with your dentist/hygienist shouldbe maintained so they can record that you have this and checked periodically!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
That is a new one on me!. I don't know if you normally brush your tongue when you brush yor teeth, but you should!. Also, you should probably see a doctor about the white rings if they remain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
