It is always best to whiten your teeth after brushing and flossing!. Removing the plaque and food particles is crucial to achieving the highest amount of whitening possible!. As far as the strips not being good for your teeth, whitening is under a lot of scrutiny right now and the jury is still out in regards to it being harmful!. Currently most researchers have found nothing wrong with it as long as it is done correctly and as long as the pulp (inner living part of your tooth) is not exposed!. I recommend that you see your dentist/hygienist for a professional cleaning and check up before you initiate any whitening (just to make sure you don't have any cavities that would cause increased sensitivity)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My 20 year old son uses those things and they are eating his teeth away! I used them years ago and it made my teeth very thin and weak!. I would stay away from those things if I were you!. White teeth are nice to have but at the same time, stay wise about it please!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i sugest you dont even use white strips at all!.

the strips are aciding, tearing away at your teeth to make them look like they are white!. and BRUSHING them will wear them down even more!. brushing your teeth is prob the best way to go!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

after because if u do it before your whitening the bacteria!. u want your teeth to be clean when u whiten!. think of it this way!. when u paint a car u have to sand it first so that the paint sticks better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
