Question: Braces coming off and going to use whitning!?
OK I am going to be using crest whiting strips are they good and this is how I want to brush my teeth
first
1!.rinse mouth with water
2!.Apply white strips
3!.Brush teeth with crest whiting tooth paste
4!.Rinse with crest whiting mouth wash
5!.floss
Is all this stuff good to use
is it to much whiting products

--if you dont wear your retainers your teeth will shift VERY quickly and you will have to go back to braces!.!.best thing to do is to ask your ortho for the permenant braces!.!. so you never have to worry about it coming off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
