So I read that this is a great inexpensive way for teeth whitening!. My question is how often should I do it!? Is it okay to do it every day!?

You may try the method advised by your source!. It is quite unlikely to harm your teeth!. But I doubt it will have much of an effect!. Professional whitening agents for bleaching at home have peroxide concentrations of 10 percent!. The product I take for my patients has a hydrogen peroxide concentration of 38%!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
