Question: Do braces hurt more than spacers !?
i have spacers and they r hurting me alot and im thinking may b the braces r going 2 hurt more but i jus need some feedback plz help =[Www@Answer-Health@Com

I didn't have spacers but I can definately tell you about braces, I got both the top and bottom ones at the same time and found that the ones on the bottom were more sore!. They dont "hurt" but are DEFINATELY sore for about a week!. Try to stick to soft foods such as mashed potatoes, apple sauce, and yogurt!. Also, when they are glueing the brackets on your teeth DON'T LICK THE GLUE!!!! It burns and tastes horrible! It will feel uncomfortable when they are putting them on but won't really get sore for a couple of hours!. Don't worry!.!.!.it may feel like they're never going to stop hurting but they will!. well yes and no!.!.!.!.they hurt but in a different sort of way!. I would just not worry about it at all!.!.!.!.the braces will put alot of pressure on your teeth at first but it goes away after a while!. it's really not as bad as people make it out to be!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Either way they both hurt!. I started bleeding like crazy when I got spacers!. (My gums were unhealthy!.) The braces will hurt for about a week and it'll be really, really hard to eat or chew anything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Braces dont hurt WHILE your getting them, but a couple hours later the'll hurt for like a week, then stop! Use braces!!
