How long does it take for the ache to go away?!
Question: How long does it take for the ache to go away!?
I've just had my braces fitted yesterday and it still aches!!! i'm in AGONY!. Well ok, it's not that bad anymore but the thing is,
1!. I have had 4 teeth taken out so the ortho!. put in loads of elastic bands in to pull my teeth into the gaps!. I can hardly talk(I feel like i'm gonna break something), run (same again) or eat (same again)!. How long will it take me to get over it!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

for a starter how many teeth did you get taken out!?!?!? i was agony too but that was partly cos my older sister is my ortho consultant so half my pain was from her saying yes to so many things and she basically is looking after my teeth so yer!.
1!. i had the same thing happen with me the pain should go away soon but remember your gums and mouth is sore from having teeth taken out so take that into account but the elastics pull will become normal after a couple of days depending!. you shouldnt be running if you had teeth taken out you should be resting :) but start to eat soft things like mash potato and jello or baby food!. and with talking just practice it will come in good time!. when i got my braces on i around 14 elastics in my mouth but that was beacuse i was doin work on other things aswelll!. but my sister just tells the ortho to basically double the pain so when i get my braces tightened the ortho makes it twice as bad!. normal tightening doesnt hurt that much but it will be around for 2-3 days so yer but it will get better everytime you get it done!. basically everything to do with braces hurts at the start for 2-3 days its kinda weird!. good luck!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

sorry to say but it's going to take a few days for your teeth not to hurt like that, it's because of all the changes going on in your mouth!. you can take ibuprofen or advil, but besides that there's not much you can do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
