if you only accidentally swallow a bit every so often thats fine, but swallowing a holw outhful can't be good for you!.
but i suppose the worse that could happen is an upset stomache, unless you drank loads!.
Your stomache is full of hydrochloric acid, listerine shouldnt do any harm!.

It's not meant to be swallowed!!!
The alcohol in Listerine is different that the alcohol people drink because it is not a beverage, it's a CLEANSER!. On the back of the bottle they warn you not to drink it for that reason!.

Probably nothing if you are swallowing tiny amounts!. Listerine is 26% alcohol so if you are actually drinking it could cause gastritis or ulcer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
if it keeps on happening i would suggest you go to the doctor or just stop taking it!. Just rinse your mouth with water instead of mouthwash or get a kind for kids where its meant to be swallowed from kids!Www@Answer-Health@Com
