I had braces for 3 years on the top and bottom!. If you are only getting on the bottom no one is even going to see them so just get the cheaper metal ones!.
The first few months is just getting used to them, there is some pain and cutting of gums!. I avoided some cutting of my gums by using wax!. After a while your gums get really tough and you get used to having them tightened!. When you get them off they your teeth look really big (only to you) and they are sooooo slimey!Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are tooth coloured (ceramic) braces available or if you really want to go 'invisible' you could get lingual braces (http://www!.dentalfind!.com/ortho/lingual_!.!.!. but they will cost lots more!. Depending on how bad your teeth are you could also have Invisalign braces (http://www!.invisalign!.com)!.

i have braces and have had them for two years im supposed to have them off right now but just havent had the tiime i have metal ones the clear ones are not noticable but do not work as well as metal and are way more expensive good luck with them :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
