Question: To pull, or not to pull!?
I had a tooth that was aching and itching like crazy!. I went to the dentist, and he told me to get it pulled!. I didn't!. A few days later, it stopped hurting, and it's been fine ever since (about 6 months ago)!.
So what's the deal with that!? Did I really need to have it pulled!? Seems OK now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is your body and you get to choose, but the reality is there are probably things going on with the tooth that come and go (like when the root of the tooth is dying) and it is just not bothering you now!.!.!.!.!.
Sometimes on upper teeth, the sinuses in the head are very close to the nerves of the teeth that can also cause the 'itchy' feelings, and temporary aches, so that might be a cause!.
If the dentist found decay on the tooth and now and the pain has stopped, the tooth has probably died, and it will at some point decay away and fall out!.

You probably still need it pulled!. Pain is a poor indicator of a dental problem!. If you don't get it pulled I won't be surprised if your next posting is that you have a really bad toothache asking what you should do because it is a Saturday and you cannot find a dentist who is open!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had a tooth that hurt like hell, but I also didn't want to get it pulled; after while it stopped hurting!. It eventually fell out on its own!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
