Im getting my braces off next week and my teeth arent super white but they aren't yellow either!. What is the fastest way without using crest strips or something like that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

DON'T use baking soda!. That eats away at the enamel and makes your teeth super sensitive!. My ortho does one whitening for free right after I get my braces off!. Your orthodontist might do that too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
equate pre-brush whitening mouth wash!. you can find it at your local walmart for at the most $3!.00 i've only used it for 3 days and i love it! my friend has used it for 1 week and its amazing! TrY IT ! ITS AMAZING!.! you'll notice affect even the 1St time you use it!Www@Answer-Health@Com
quite honestly the only way to whiten your teeth is by using crest whitestrips or some other whitening system (i!.e!. zoom whitening)!. you can try whitening toothpastes and make sure you brush your teeth properly but that likely won't do too much!. i had braces and then used crest whitestrips and my teeth are much whiter!. you should really try them - they're kind of a pain to use but they work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Of course the fastest and easiest way to whiten is at the dentist's office, but I don't recommend this!. It is very painful and makes your teeth sensitive!.
Old remedy: baking soda in toothpaste!.

go get them whitened by a cosmetic dentist
or brush ur teeth with crest whitening toothpaste and crest pro health rinse!.!.!.its a mouthwash that also whitens!.Or get Crest whitening rinse!.
use it and i guarantee great results!.
dont use strips!.!.its a waste of money , trust me!. there was also a show where they took the whitening strips of major brands like crest,listerine,etc!.!.!.they all are not only pricey!.!.!.but there isnt a dramatic color change!!!!

I know the dentist can whiten your teeth but that might be really expensive!. you could also try putting toothpaste on your toothbrush then dipping it in baking soda its supposed to make your teeth whiter!.

I would say Crest White Strips!. You can get them at stores like Wal-Mart for about $30, it takes about a half hour a day for a week!. ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com
do an in office bleaching!. takes about an hour and a half but your teeth whiten several shades thats day!. they usually give you the take home trays for touch ups!. BUT it's kinda expensiveWww@Answer-Health@Com
