Question: Salt water vs!. hydrogen peroxide for canker sores!?
I'm getting one in my mouth but dont have any other stuff that you can get from the drugstore to help!. So out of those two which one would work better!? And how strong should it be (concentration)!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't use hydrogen peroxide, it might help at first but it will dry it out so bad that it'll just get worse and hurt really badly!.
I suggest salt water for your canker sore!. The normal concentration is just!.!.!.more water than salt!. It shouldn't be too salty!.!.!.just guess on it a little bit!. If you have salt packets, then you're supposed to put one packet in one glass of water according to most directions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
