Question: I want my teeth whitened but refuse to go for teeth whitenning due to the side effect!?
I don't want to have sensitive teeth!. are there any other options!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Chew whitening gum, use a whitening toothpaste, pre-brush rinse, and mouthwash!. And drink plenty of water!. This is what I generally do and it works for me!. I also like to get a good tan which always makes my teeth look really white!.
If you want more dramatic effects then try Crest Whitestrips, Night Effects or some of the other whitening products you can buy at drugstores!. They help a lot and are not as strongly concentrated as dentists treatments!.
Also try to avoid nicotine, coffee, tea, dark sodas, and red wine!. These are the biggest causes of short term tooth staining!.

you could rinse with peroxide!. it tastes nasty but it's great for your teeth and it will whiten them!. they won't get as white if you had it proffessionally done or bought whitening products over the counter!. but you're right, they do have side effects and are really bad for your gums!. so the natural route would be peroxide!. not to mention a big bottle is like 50 cents!Www@Answer-Health@Com
There is nothing over the counter that compaires to the whitening effect you get from professional strength whiteners!. There are desensitizing gels nowdays that a dentist could give you!. One brand comes from Ultradent!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
get baking soda from the store like arm&hammer and put it on your tooth brush use this every other day after brushing you teeth this will dramatically whiten them and cost next to nothing, though i will say it doesn't taste great it is good for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
