So having been born with a calcium deficiency and whatnot, I don't have the greatest teeth, and braces didn't help white-wise!.

White Strips do really well!. The dentist also should be able to offer a retainer sort of tray with gel to help you whiten!.

have you heard of Crest Whitening Strips!?!.!.!.well they are expensive, if you go to your local convienece store, then you can get those same strips, but not name brand!.!.!.they work just as well without the cost!

i have the same problem!.!. with braces!.!.
and i just use whitening colgate, but i dont know that it helps much!.
whatever you do DONT use lemon juice, its terriible for your teeth even though some people say it works!. it doesnt!Www@Answer-Health@Com
