Headgear??!!!?!
Question: Headgear!?!?!!!!?
Please just tell me how annoying and painful headgear is before I get them in two weeks!. I want to be ready!. And also could you go to my other questions, they're dealing with braces too!Www@Answer-Health@Com

it actualy isnt that bad as everyone makes it!. it hurt for like around 2 days of starting to wear it but then i got used to!. you can take a nurofen if the pain becomes unbearable!. just be ready to get used to sleeping with somethign in the way!. somepeople have to sleep on their backs as they cannot stand the facebow being the way but if you get a soft feather pillow you will be able to sleep how you are used to :> good luck i had to wear one and it wasnt as bad as i thought it was but that wasd only half the deal with me 6 months headgear minimium & jaw surgery :< but im just warning you if you have siblings just be pre warned that you might get teased by them but thats alright because you will have a beautiful smile by thew end of your treatment :> my sister is my orthodontci consultant so i always get her laughing at me but i dont care cause i did the same thing to her when i was not in headgear but was in braces when i was 9 for the first time im in them again though because that was only pretreatment !.!.!.!.!.anyways good luck & let me noe how you goWww@Answer-Health@Com
Omg i had head gear and still do!! But it isnt as bad as everyone makes it out to be!. I had to have mine all the time to and it didnt hurt first day just a bit of pulling but it doesnt really hurt at all i got used to it really quick and i found i could like never tell any one about it and now i know other people have it to!.!.!.!.!.

headgear for me wasn't bad because i wore it when i went to sleep!. so, i didnt really care!. depending on what headgear you wear!.!. like the neck!.!. or j hook, or something depends on whats gonna happen to your teeth!.!. like adjustment wise!.!. the pain is not bad!.!. just takes some getting used to!. thats with everything about headgear!.!. it just takes getting use to!. but by the time youre done with your orthodontic treatment, its so relieving!. i hated being a metal mouth!. its quite the nuisance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
alright i had one nd my teeth hurt for about a week then you get used to it make sure you wear as often as you can and good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
