if you get them a lot it could be a vitamin deficency, so make sure you eat a balanced diet lots of fruit and veg, boring huh!? rinse out with hot salt mouthwash, there is something u can get over the counter which ive compleatly forgot the name of (sorry im sleepy) orabase ahh got it!.!. adcortyl in orabase!. Best thing you can get for them numbs them as well!. and your dentist would give you that if they wer really painful, so ask a pharmacist for some!. Heyy i always get ulcers in my mouth and i fing that bonjela works the best but it does taske a bit wierd as well but it works!.

i dont know of anything that can make them go away what i do is take some orajel and just put it on a q-tip and swab it and it's numbed so it's relief for a few hoursWww@Answer-Health@Com
