Question: I haven't worn my retainers for almost 7 months and now I'm really worried!.!.!.!?
I did wear my retainers for like a whole year after my braces were taken off but I just stopped wearing them and now 7 months later my retainers still fit but it fits really tight now!. I don't know if I should go and visit the orthodontist or to just put them on everyday just so my teeth will move!. What do u think!? Do you have any experience with retainers just like my situation!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I did that too!. But by the time I got to try wearing the darn thing, it wouldn't even fit!. Now my top teeth are not as perfectly alligned as they should be, compared to the bottom teeth, where my orthodontist glued a retainer onto!.
I'd start wearing them again if I were you, but wouldn't bother making another trip to the orthodontist!. Don't worry about it either, because it's not like my teeth are horrible or anything, just a few notches under perfect!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes, i have expierence!. Because you havent worn them, your teeth have probably shifted and hardened in a place where the retainer is useless!. If so, you will need braces again!. happened to a friend of mine after he didnt wear his for a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You could go to the orthodontist, or just start wearing your retainer!.
