The dentist will check for nerve damage w/ xrays & possibly a pulp vitality test!. If there is nerve damage she may need a root canal!. This a procedure where the nerve & blood supply to the tooth is removed by using tiny files, then the canal is filled with a rubbery type material (many times called gutta percha) to seal it off from bacteria!. Then depending on the severity of the break the tooth may be bonded ( a tooth colored filling) or a crown may be needed!. Depending on her age, bonding may be the best treatment now!. The dentist I work for is hesitant to put a crown on anyone less than 16 or so because they are continuing to grow and after a period of time the tooth will not look as natural!. Also bonding is generally more affordable than a crown but not as durable!. As far as payments, most dentists will have a payment system in place for expensive procedures!. It could be by using credit card drafts over a period of time or like our office, some offices have lenders who can finance the work for you!. Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If they gave her antibiotics sounds liek she now has an abcess caused by the trauma!. Unfortunatley this is expensive, it will need root treatment to save the tooth (unless shes happy to not have a front tooth) and then maybe a crown, tis is one of the most expensive things that coudl have happened im afraid!.
Your dentist will probably be sympathetic and will let you make monthly installments you will need to ask!. We used to where i used to work!. or pay in back dated cheques!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well i am not really sure what to do, does your daughter thinks it looks bad if so then go to the dentistWww@Answer-Health@Com
