For the most part, no!. Sometimes at the follow-up appointment making sure that your retainer fits, they may make minor adjustments, but usually not!. Just keep wearing it as directed and you have straight teeth for life!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Depends on your orthodontist!. I would ask him or her!. Generally it is a no especially if it is after braces!. they are so that your teeth "retain" its shape not usually to move it more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
