The short answer is: yes, it probably should come out!. The best answer is: it completely depends upon your dentist's diagnosis!. If you are having discomfort, you should get to your dentist as soon as possible, because pain is considered an emergency situation!. They will take you pretty much right away if you tell them that you are in pain!. Then your dentist can take a look at the situation and determine the best course of action for you!. I had identical symptoms to yours and here was the outcome!.
The tooth was impacted and had infected the gum, the dentists said I could have it removed or medicated (but that I may suffer with it again in the future)!. I was going away on holiday three days later and they couldn't remove it before then so I went for high dose penicillin!. Within 48 hours the pains was gone, took the rest of the penicillin over the next 5 days!. No problems since (3 years ago that was)!.
While waiting to go to the dentist, I called NHS helpline who said that I could safely mix ibuprofen and paracetamol, so I'd take paracetamol and then only have to wait 2 hours before I could have a dose of ibuprofen, and that was enough to survive until the dentist and the penicillin!.

The pain itself is usually hard to pinpoint when it comes to wisdoms, so it may not be pushing on the tooth in front at all!.!.!.it may be just pressure build up of it pushing through the gum!.
All four of mine were impacted (so instead of coming thru upwards like normal they were going sideways into the teeth in front), i was getting tension headaches, sore jaw and lots more!. I had to have day surgery and have them removed!.!.!.im not sure which was worse the continuous pain of having impacted teeth or the 10days after surgery!.

Wisdom teeth are more trouble than they're worth!. Invariably if they don't cause problems when they're growing, they'll cause you problems when you're older because they're very difficult to reach properly with a toothbrush (I quote my dentist!)

Nine times out of ten the answer will be yes but to be certain you need to speak to the professionals!. All the best!. I've had four impacted wisdom teeth not nice!.!.!.not only lost wisdom teeth but also those next to them too!.!.

The same thing happened to me! When the wisdom tooth comes in and there isn't enough room for it over crowding occurs! You may need to have it removed! They don't call me Molar for nothing! lol ?Www@Answer-Health@Com
I would doubt that this sort of problem would occur overnight!. I would suspect that maybe your gums are just inflamed gargle with some antiseptic mouthwash for a few days and see if it clears up if not call your dentist!. and Floss!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
