and theres a big adult tooth growing over it!

It will come out eventually by itself!. Don't worry about the adult tooth growing over the top!. That happened to me with numerous teeth, and the dentist that it was completely fine!.
If you're desperate for the baby tooth to come out, I suggest you sit there wobbling it around a fair bit, loosen it up you know, and if you do it long enough it will come out, and won't hurt at all!Www@Answer-Health@Com
