Wisdom teeth; bone working its way out...?!

Question: Wisdom teeth; bone working its way out!.!.!.!?
I had my wisdom teeth removed two days ago, and now i have a tiny piece of bone poking out of my top gum!. It's rubbing against the gum right above one of my teeth and it's extremely irritating!.!.!. How long will it typically take for it to work its way out!? Is there anything I can do to make it come out sooner!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
yes, go back to the dentist that removed the tooth, this a very common sequelae to tooth extraction, they can usually remove this without anesthesia, it will feel a lot better-good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
