i got my braces off a month ago, and i forgot to put my retainer in for 3 days!. when i put it in (it still fits) it feels a little tight!. IF my teeth have moved, will the retainer push them back to normal!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes your retainer will push your teeth back to normal!. That's what it is supposed to do, keep in it line till its all steady!. It will be a little tight because you forgot to put it in but it's OK!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
