Question: How do you make this go away!?
I have a palet widner in the roof of my mouth!. I have a habit of pressing my tounge up against it so that causes there to be an imprint on my tounge!. I have a hard time not pressing my tounge against it!. At night my tounge hurts really bad!. What should I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can try putting wax on your RPE (your expander) to help you not put your tongue on it as much!.!. which should reduce the irritation!.
You can also try putting Oragel on your tongue to numb the pain!.
Peroxyl mouth wash also works nicely to help reduce irritation that the expander is causing - it also cleans any mouth sores you might be developing!.
