Question: Is it safe to get the Britesmile treatment if you have a cavity!?

It is medically safe, but you could experience pain!. If your cavity hurts now under any circumstances, you don't want to put bleaching solution on it!. If you go ahead and do it, be sure to get some Clove Oil at the pharmacy to have on hand to alleviate the pain!
