We use ZOOM at our practices!. It is a "1 hour" treatment (more like 2 hours total) where they apply bleach and then use a UV light to activate the bleach!. They follow it up with a fluoride treatment!. A good dental office will make you bleaching trays and give you a touch up kit to use at home!.
The most important part is not smoking or eating or drinking anything that will stain after you do any whitening system!. If it can stain your shirt like coffee, tea, red sauce, ketchup, mustard, berries, etc then it will severely stain your teeth the first 48 hours after you have it done!.
We use this system in our practices and we have very good results!. If you teeth are gray or have crowns/veneers or bonding they will not lighten!. You will have to have the material replaced or in the case of gray teeth you will need veneers!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
