i just used the aquafresh white trays and i dont know what to do now, i have gunk all over my teeth and should i brush my teeth now and or jsut rinse with water!?!?
im scared to swallow it

I have used these trays before (they highly expensive and barely work) the best thing I've found for getting that film off is Listerine tooth enamal mouth wash!. This is the purple bottle!. This will get all that nasty stuff off without causing any damage to your teeth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
