I havent been able to talk properly and whenever i open my mouth seeds fly out!.

Go see a doctor!. Putting this off could cause infection or something worse with your throat!. I can't image the entire apple is stuck in your throat but a piece might be caught somewhere!. Make an appointment with your doctor ASAP!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
