Question: Is it weird to brush your teeth at work!?
When I'm brushing my teeth after lunch or coffee in the restroom at work, people look at me strangely!. Is it that weird to brush your teeth at work!? Is it a germ thing!? Or maybe people think I've been kicked out of my home or something!. I want my breath to be fresh, and I think this is the best way to do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

but don't let that stop you!. I'm a dental hygienist, and I've
been known to brush my teeth in the restrooms of restaurants
after a meal with a lot of onion or garlic!. Some people stare,
but that's their problem!. And I always wipe any toothpaste

No I do not think it's weird!. I know the feeling though, I had braces as an adult and I would even brush my teeth at a resturant!. I would feel like people would look at me weird, but oh well!. I don't think it's any worse as far as germs than anything else done in a public restroom!Www@Answer-Health@Com
No it is not weird!. I do it before I come back to work after lunch or I make sure to have gum!. A lot of people want to have fresh breath, don;t worry about what other people say!. You know that you have fresh breath and that is all that matters!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It is not weird whatsoever!. This is a great way to maintain your teeth strong and clean!. It also helps freshen your breath!. If people look at you weird just ignore them because they're probably just jealous that they don't clean teeth like you :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
