What color braces to stay away from?!

i am getting braces for the first time!.!.what colors do i need to stay away from so it doesnt look bad or gross!.!.!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've done just about every color on my braces, so I know!.
White tends to stain easily!.
Silver loops are fine!.
Black can look like something is in your teeth!.
Yellow is a definite no!.
Any other color is fine!.
Once you get your c-chain, that should be like halfway through your braces depending on how much work needs to be done, DO NOT get silver!.
If you eat any foods with strong color, the silver will fade out to a weird orangy color!.
I just had that happen and i'm glad it's off!.
With any color, just make sure to brush your teeth very thoroughly!.
Make sure you get below the bottom braces around your gum line!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had clear tops and silver bottoms and tried the black chain on the bottom once!. It's not as bad as it sounds!. White is a bad idea, especially if you like any foods that tend to stain!. I stuck to the conventional silver because it matched the wire!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
