Wisdom Teeth Removal personal stories?!

Question: Wisdom Teeth Removal personal stories!?
So I had my wisdom teeth taken out on last friday!. I seem to be doing fine as of now but I was just wondering a few things!.

First: When are you OFFICIALLY out of the woods for dry socket!?

Second: When do did you disolveable stitches really desolve!?

Third: When did you go back to normal foods, I mean REALLY normal foods!?

Fourth: Does it work to just swish with salt water after the stitches come out instead of using the syringe (i didnt get one)!?

Fifth: Did you have a follow up appointment!? (i find it strange that i was never asked to make one

Sixth: Any other advice to get back to normal would be appreciated!.

Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
1!. It would be highly unusual for you to get dry socket now!. You normally are out of the woods by the third day!.
2!. The stitches should be gone in aboiut 3 weeks!.
3!. Normal foods can also be eaten in 3 weeks!.
4!. After the stitches disappear you should not need to use saltwater!.
5!. Follow-up appointments are not needed if you do not have any problems!.
6!. Take it easy on what you eat for the first 10 days and you should be fine after that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I ate McDonald's right after my surgery!. Then again, the numbing agent wore off on me halfway through the whole thing!. I told them to keep going because I was hungry!.

The stitches come off on their own!. Don't worry about that!. Pieces of them will break off and you'll find it floating around in your mouth!.

I never did the wash!. I was lazy!.

I didn't have a follow-up because I had to leave like two days after!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Did they let you keep your teeth!?
They didn't give me stitches!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, first what you have are huge wounds in your mouth!!! But after a few days you should be out of the woods as for dry socket!. If you're young and don't smoke it really helps!.

This is where you find out how poisonous cigarettes are - when you have a tooth pulled!!!

But you also have big holes ripped in the bone of your jaw - so you have to regrow a bunch of bone - and your mouth is going to be tender for a long time - 3 weeks - a month maybe!.

I imagine the doctor figured you were going to do just fine - the stitches were going to dissolve really easily and you didn't need another appointment!. So good luck - life without wisdom teeth is good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
