Question: Im getting my 4 wisdom teeth out in 2 hours and im really nerbous and my heart keeps beating fast!?

to help me calm down is i had them explain everything they were about to do before they did it so i would have a better understanding!.
also, ask if you can listen to your i-pod and it might distract you from thinking about your teeth, especially if you have like a movie on it!.

I'm ALWAYS nervous when I go to the dentist so I just try to think to myself that it won't be long and I try to keep my mind off the subject!. Try to relax!. It doesn't help when you go into the dentist all nervous!. I just recently had my first cavity and I was SO nervous that I kept shaking nervously!. Calm down, and try to do something relaxing, such as listening to music or playing a game!.

Dont worry about it, they numb you up so much you dont even feel pain, just a weird gross pulling feeling, but it doesnt hurt!. but drink lots of water and take your pain pills after and go straight to sleep because you will be very sore about 2 hours after theyre done!.

its not that bad!. i had all 4 of mine taken out!. i didnt even swell!. i wasnt put under either!. they just gave me pills!. it makes you weird and you don't really remember it!. but idk!. 2 of my wisdoms were under gums, so they had to go diggin and i had stitches!. the stitches were the only thing i had to complain about!. they felt wierd and were just annoying!. you cant really open your mouth very wide!. but it just depends!. i dont know how theyre removing yours!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
dude its nothing, you'll be back to normal in about two weeks meaning able to eat soft foods like pb and j's!. I got ten teeth pulled 2 being wisdom and the rest of my teeth had braces still on them so the gauss kept getting stuck in them!. OMG!! my sister had hers removed EXACTLY one week ago to this date!. she had 4 wsdom teeth removed and she had her gums trimmed!. she is doing PERFECT it is very hard and stressfull when you get home but do what the dentist tells you and you should be FINE!!! it is different for every person, but you will do well, my sister was nervous and she has been swimming on munday and going out and having fun!. it will be fine!!!!! i hope this helps you!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Oh don't be, it will be over before you know it!. It was alot easier than i thought!. I was going to get them pulled while i was put to sleep, but ate that morning, oppsy, so they just numbed my mouth!. It wasn't bad at all, took like 5 minutes to pull all 4 teeth out!. Relax, The anesthetic will help you to relax when you're there!. I had two removed, each one at a time, and it was no big deal!. No pain pills after the fact and no real pain either!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
are they knocking you out!? that how i had all mine done at the same time!. its was a piece of cake and i didn't even need the pain pills they gave me!. they knock you out and the next thing you know you are on your way home!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i was the same way, but when they woke me after the operation I was so sh*tfaced it was great!. They'll give you some good drugs, just try not to get a dry socket, that sucks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Had mine dine, really not that bad!. Just use there little flushy thing they give you after on a regular basis to avoid dry socket and everything will be okay!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
call your dentist and ask him if you can take an antihistamine, like Benadryl it will calm you down very fast, but also make pretty tired!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
