My dd sucks her tongue, is it bad for her teeth?!

Question: My dd sucks her tongue, is it bad for her teeth!?
My 9 mo old sucks her tongue regularly, I try to stop her by poking my finger into herr mouth to break the seal, she gets irritated at me!. I am worried that it will give her bucked teeth!. I have asked this question before but got only Thumb sucking answers, she doesn't suck her thumb or fingers, just her tongue!. She won't take a pacifier, she actually bats them away when we try to give her one in lieu of her tongue habit!. What can I do!? and will it hurt her smile later in life!?
Serious answers only please!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Typically it is not a problem later in life!. It is a reflex she has held onto!. If she drinks from bottles, try getting her to use sippy cups!.!.!.this is a different type of sucking motion and may break the habit!. If her speech is delayed as she ages or she does not babble currently, then take her to a speech-language pathologist for an evaluation to make sure there is not a problem in her oral cavity that is causing this sucking action!.

Usually it is fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I really don't know the answer that but I would call her doctor and see what he or she suggest for thatWww@Answer-Health@Com
