Wisdom Teeth Removal Question- holes after stitches?!

Question: Wisdom Teeth Removal Question- holes after stitches!?
Ok so i have asked several questions about wisdom teeth removal since I got them removed last friday but have gotten very little response so i have one last question!.

I have dissovable stitches which seem to have completely closed the holes!.!.!. and i keep hearing about keeping stuff out of the holes!.!.!. when the stitches disolve will they open up!? If they were open at all wouldnt the salt water rinse hurt!?

I am going to insert my other questions in hope to get more responses!.

I was just wondering when I can go back to eating normal foods!. Such as just hamburger and hot dogs and things like that!. And then crunchy stuff!.

I have really been in very little pain ever since the removal just a little pain the last few days from other teeth moving which is gone now!.

When are you OFFICIALLY out of the woods for dry socket!?

When do did you disolveable stitches really desolve!?

Does it work to just swish with salt water after the stitches come out instead of using the syringe(didnt get one)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
The holes will close up!. It's weird, but once it is completely healed, it will be just like gums back there!. Rinse with salt water for at least 2 weeks!. You can eat what ever you want, but crunchy things might make it bleed for a few weeks!. Brush your teeth! Really, you should be doing it twice a day, but once a day, in the morning will keep everyone who knows you from being nauseous from your breath!. Bad breath is one of the nastiest things people can have!. Your gums will heal faster if you don't have deadly bacteria growing in it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
