ooooh they are soooo sore!! just make sure and eat soft things, and drink really cold drinks, that really helps! I went around carrying a carton of cold orange juice the whole time!
ouch the memories are giving me a headache!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

it takes awhile to get used to eating with the spacers :> try eating things like baby food, soups, rice, noodles, mash potato etcc things that are soft and require little to no chewing at all!. then you can start eating things that are chopped into small pieces!. just avoid sticky foods that might move the spacers :>

this will be the same for when you get your braces on eat these things in these orders then start biting into soft things like cake etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Oh the I remember the joy of spacers! Yeah this is normal!. That stinks that it happened on a day when you have exams!. You can have breakfast shakes that give you the same nutrients and things you need in the morning!. I ate a bunch a mushy stuff for about a week!. It will get better you won't even notice there there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
