What can a dentist replace missing bottom molar (s) with?!

Question: What can a dentist replace missing bottom molar (s) with!?
Besides implants!? Would a bridge be strong enough!? Or a partial denture!?

Answers:
You need another tooth to do a bridge!. I don't think that is possible!. I don't know about partials!. I have 3 titanium implants and have had them for over 10 years!. Not only do they work great like my teeth, but they are stronger and will last forever!. No, you cannot feel the screws, you don't even know they are in there and my teeth look great! Unfortunately, no insurance covers this luxury yet and they cost approximately $3000 each!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
