Yes, it can be important to replace it!. Because of gravity the top tooth will begin to grown down into that empty space and lengthen!. If the top tooth still hits on the first molar below you may be okay!. If you are pretty young I would sure have the dentist take a look and see what he thinks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No!. I am missing my left back molar!. It just depends on what your bite is like!. If you have a good bite, your teeth won't know the back ones are missing!.
