It also accoured to me on my gum under mt tooth some time like 6 months ago but it healed!.
Now its back on my lip!.
It looks kind of yellowish green I think with a small hole!.
yesterday when I woke up I found it!. I think it was because my tooth was lying down on my lip with hard force all night!.
It burns and sings when I eat something like tomato sauce

Probably a canker sore, rinse several times a day with warm salt water!. if it does't go away in say 3-5 says go see the dr you may need an antibiotic!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
