same way you would brush your teeth and u also have to use a little special brush for small spaces in between!.
u also have to do it more often to prevent from getting those white stains on ur teeth!.

People with braces have to brush their teeth just as often or even more than people with no braces!. The reason for this is because more debris get caught in the brackets and can cause problems!. They brush at different angles to get all of the debris out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
with a toothbrush and toothpaste!. actually there are special brushes with a special dip in the middle that way you get your teeth and brackets!. you brush them quite often to keep food out of them!Www@Answer-Health@Com
My friend use to have braces!. They have this special pick and small tooth brush!. Or they can go to their orthodontist to get them clean and tightend!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
