Stringy white/yellow thing sticking out of gum - post wisdom teeth extraction.?!


Question: Stringy white/yellow thing sticking out of gum - post wisdom teeth extraction!.!?
I went to the oral surgeon on Thursday for a post-surgery check-up, and he didn't point it out or say anything about it!. I've tried brushing it, eragating it, and nothing happened!. I know it's not food, and it can't be bone because it's stringy!.!.!. what can it be!?
