Well, i really want braces cause i want my teeth to be straight and beautiful but im worried on how i'll look with braces!. All my friends have braces and they look just fine but i just think i would i'll look ugly with braces!. And well, i get alot of nice compliments on my looks and if i get braces, im worried that i wont get as much,Www@Answer-Health@Com

a) If you get complements now, you'll probably get even more once the braces come off, so it's worth the two (or so) years you'd have them on for, right!?
b) These days, they have all kinds of options!.!.!. it's no longer the super-obvious metal-only braces!.!.!. and there's tons of colours you can choose from for the ties!.
c) It's worth getting braces, because your teeth will be better aligned, so you'll save on dental costs down the road!.

I had the exact same situation, i got comments and was worried to get braces because i thought i would look ugly!. I cried the first time I looked in the mirror with my braces on - it sounds so very vain but you are shocked when you first see them!. You get used to braces really quickly and people still give you compliments!. It's also a really good conversation starter!! Just remember you'll have a "colgate smile" once they're removed!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
you shouldn't really worry what people have to say, even though it makes you feel good!. But you wouldn't have braces that long and in the long run it'll also be worth it!. You can always get the clear braces!. There are two different kinds ; the invisalign (did I spell that right!?) and the ones that look like metal but their clear so just don't get colored rubber bands cuz it'll look like you have lip stick on your teeth or something!. Don't worry too much about it!.!. I was in the same situation when I got braces a year ago!. At first, I thought I'll look ugly but then when I started wearing it!.!. no body said anything!.!. in fact!. my friends started complimenting on how much my teeth look straighter with braces on!.!. It will all paid off at the end!.!.

whatever you do dont get metal braces with clear bands!. a bunch of my friends had them and they looked HORRIBLE because they turn yellow after you eat like once! its disgusting!. you are better off going with the cool color ones!. your teeth will look amazing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
