Spacers are a wonderful upgrade to beginning ortho treatment!.
Imagine if they just started 'cold' without this 'warm up'!. Ouch!. Too tight!.

No not everyone, but I did b/c I had to get 4 teeh pulled b4 I was able to get braces!. It all depends if your teeth need to be moved or not!.
It doesn't hurt that bad your mouths just soar for a couple of days, so don't worry if you do have to get them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
