Question: Is it safe to sleep with toothpaste inside your retainer!?
I have this toothpaste that makes your teeth really white and i have an invisaline retainer!. i just wanted to know if you could put it in like teeth whitener and sleep with it like that!. thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

The only toothpaste you can sleep with is one with Novamin inside, aka a remineralizing one!.
It's a bad for your mouth if you sleep with a whitening toothpaste in your retainer because it makes your enamel and your gums weaker!.

i wouldn't recomend it bcuz it may cause ur gums to become sensitive! Also depending on wat the toothpaste conatins it can weaken the enamel of ur teeth!. Also it may get all crusty and hard so it may stick on the invisalign in some areas!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
